Fly into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).
From the airport, take a 20-minute Uber ride to the Thompson Savannah hotel.

Hotel check-in
The hotel will do their best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that Wednesday's sessions run till 1:00 PM. Please check out before 8:30 AM.
Event Check-in
Upon arrival, please stop by the NoTraffic hospitality desk between 3:00 PM- 5:00 PM (located at the Sunroom on the 2nd floow) to receive your name badge, gifts, and important information regarding the event.
*Please note that the opening activity begins at 5:00 PM at the Sunroom on the second floor.
Parking
Valet parking at the hotel is available for $20 per day, and $53 overnight cost.
*Please note- during the event, there is no need for a car.
What to Wear
Dress code is business casual.
We’ll be in sessions for most of the day, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and layers.
For the evening boat and island experience, please bring a light jacket or sweater, as it may get cooler by the water.
