Fly into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).
From the airport, take a 20-minute Uber ride to the Thompson Savannah hotel.

There is no need to rent a car for the event.
The hotel will do their best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that Wednesday's sessions run till 1:00 PM. Please check out before 8:30 AM.
Luggage will be stored in a dedicated room reserved for the group.
Upon arrival, please stop by the NoTraffic hospitality desk in the Sunroom, located on the 2nd floor, between 3:00 and 5:00 PM to receive your name badge and gifts and enjoy a light reception.
*Please note that the opening activity will depart from the hotel lobby at 4:45 PM
Valet parking at the hotel is available for $20 per day, and $53 overnight.
*Please note- during the event, there is no need for a car.
