Make sure you've booked your room for Oct. 5th & 6th with the hotel though our special NoTraffic link for group discount.
You should received a confirmation email from the hotel.

Book Your Flight
Fly into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).
From the airport, take a 20-minute Uber ride to the Thompson Savannah hotel.

There is no need to rent a car for the event.
Hotel check-in
The hotel will do their best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that Wednesday's sessions run till 1:00 PM. Please check out before 8:30 AM.
Luggage will be stored in a dedicated room reserved for the group.
Event Check-in
Upon arrival, please stop by the NoTraffic hospitality desk between 3:00 PM- 5:00 PM at the Sunroom- 2nd floor, to receive your name badge, gifts, and enjoy a light reception.
*Please note that the opening activity begins at 5:00 PM at the Sunroom on the 2nd floor.
Parking
Valet parking at the hotel is available for $20 per day, and $53 overnight cost.
*Please note- during the event, there is no need for a car.
What to Wear
Dress code is business casual.
The evening activities will be outdoors. We recommend a light jacket and comfortable closed shoes.
